Glowing Green Mango Smoothie

This healthy green smoothie is packed with whole food ingredients that can aid digestion and help detoxify the body.

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups kale
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 apple cored & chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber chopped
  • 1 lemon juiced, or lime
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed


  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. If it's too thick, add extra water. If it's too thin, blend in some ice cubes. Serve, and enjoy!


  • For extra protein, feel free to add in your favorite protein powder before blending.
