
Glowing Green Mango Smoothie
This healthy green smoothie is packed with whole food ingredients that can aid digestion and help detoxify the body.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups kale
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mango
- 1 apple cored & chopped
- 1/2 cucumber chopped
- 1 lemon juiced, or lime
- 2 tbsp ground flax seed
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. If it's too thick, add extra water. If it's too thin, blend in some ice cubes. Serve, and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra protein, feel free to add in your favorite protein powder before blending.
