Functional Nutrition focusses on root cause resolution which is all about asking “why”. This means we dig deeper into “why” you are struggling with your diet or experiencing signs and symptoms of ill health. Due to your unique physiology, the reasons “why” you are struggling may greatly differ from another individual’s “why”.

You can have several people with the same health issue but each could have arrived there by different means. For this reason, we need to continually ask “why” until we get to the roots of your signs and symptoms.
