 ¾ cup Instant-Pot Oat Groat Yogurtor other unsweetened plant based yogurt of choice
 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
 1 ½ tsp açai powder
Toppings
 ½ cup mixed frozen berrieswe like using raspberries and blueberries
 2 tbsp granola of choice
 1 tbsp hemp hearts
 1 tbsp chopped Brazil nutsor chopped almonds

Mix the yogurt, açai powder, and ground flaxseed in a breakfast bowl of choice. Cover, and let it sit for 10 minutes (this allows the açai powder and ground flaxseed to absorb some of the yogurt).

Remove the cover and give it a quick stir. Add the toppings, and enjoy!
