Avocados are packed with nutrients, including antioxidants, amino acids, good fats, and are rich in various vitamins and minerals. They have a smooth and creamy texture, and are a great source of fiber and good fats, keeping you full after consumption.

 2 pieces of gluten-free bread
 Vegan butter (for toast)optional
 1 ripe avocado
 ¼ limeor lemon
 ½ tsp onion powder
 ¼ tsp garlic powder
  tsp Himalayan salt
  tsp black pepper
 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
 1 tsp flaxseeds (optional)

Toast the gluten-free bread.

While the bread is toasting, slice the avocado into ¼’s. Remove the skin from the avocado pieces. In a small bowl, and mash the avocado with a fork. Stir in the lime or lemon juice, onion powder, and garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Once the bread is toasted, butter both pieces if desired. Divide the mashed avocado between the toast.

Season with seeds, and enjoy.
