Avocados are packed with nutrients, including antioxidants, amino acids, good fats, and are rich in various vitamins and minerals. They have a smooth and creamy texture, and are a great source of fiber and good fats, keeping you full after consumption.

 2 pieces of gluten-free bread
 Vegan butter (for toast)
 1 ripe avocado
 ¼ lime
 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
 1 tsp flaxseeds (optional)
 Himalayan salt & black pepper, to taste

Toast the gluten-free bread.

While the bread is toasting, slice the avocado into ¼’s. Remove the skin from the avocado pieces.

Once the bread is toasted, butter both pieces. Put 2 of the avocado ¼’s on each piece, and mash with a fork.

Squeeze lime juice on top, and season with seeds, salt, and pepper.
