These delicious Balsamic Garlic Mushrooms only take 15 minutes to make and are a wonderful way to jazz up a meal! You could use them on top of pasta, avocado toast, baked or mashed potatoes, energy bowls, pizza, or a veggie burger.

 1 lb Cremini mushroomssliced about 1 cm thick
 2 tbsp waterplus more as needed
 4 garlic clovescrushed
 3 tbsp balsamic vinegarsulphite free
 1 tbsp organic gluten-free tamarior coconut aminos
 1 tsp dried thyme
 Black pepperto taste
 Fresh parsleyoptional, for garnish

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Heat a cast iron skillet on medium/high heat, and add the water and mushrooms. Cook them for about 5-8 minutes stirring occasionally and adding extra water as needed to prevent them from sticking to the skillet, until they have lost most of their water and are beginning to brown.

Add the remaining ingredients, and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the liquid has cooked off.

Serve, and garnish with parsley and black pepper if desired.
