This berry banana smoothie bowl would make an excellent breakfast! It is quick-to-make and very nutritious, and a great way to sneak some cauliflower into your diet.

Smoothie Bowl
 1 banana
 1 cup mixed frozen berries
 ¾ cup cauliflower, steamed and frozen
 ½ cup unsweetened plain oat milkadjust for desired consistency
 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
 1 tbsp açai powder
 1 tsp maple syrupoptional sweetener
Optional Toppings
 Goji berries
 Granola
 Kiwi
 Fresh berries
 Nuts & seeds
 Shredded coconut
 Dried cranberries

Add all of the smoothie bowl ingredients into a blender, and blend the until smooth (you may need to add extra liquid if it won’t blend).

Pour the smoothie into a bowl, and add toppings of your choice.

If you don't want to use oat milk, use a different plant-based milk of choice such as almond, cashew, or hemp.
