Like other berries, blackberries are a superfood. Rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytochemicals, these berries have a wealth of benefits. Some of these benefits include their anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties, helping strengthen the immune system, and aiding digestion.

 1 cup frozen blackberries
 2 medium ripe bananas
 1 cup unsweetened plain oat milk
 1 tbsp hemp seeds
 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
 2 tsp liquid sweetener of choice (optional)
 ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.

Serve, and enjoy!

If you don't want to use oat milk or oat yogurt, use a different plant-based milk or yogurt of choice instead.
