This warm and flavorful chai spice mix could be used to make caffeine-free chai tea, add extra depth to baked goods, or be sprinkled onto your morning oatmeal.

 4 tsp cardamom
 4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
 3 tsp allspice
 1 ½ tsp ginger
 ½ tsp cloves

Combine all of the ground spices in a small glass jar. Put a lid on the jar, and shake to combine.
