This citrus mint infused water is a flavorful and refreshing beverage to enjoy on a warm summer day, or anytime of year for that matter!
Put 8 cups of pure water into a large pitcher.
Slice the fruit into approx. 1 cm rings, and put them into the water.
Roughly tear the mint leaves, and put them into the water.
Cover the pitcher, and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving to let the citrus and mint flavor the water.
