With only 8 ingredients, this hummus recipe is quick to make, and way tastier than store-bought. Serve it as a dip with vegetables and crackers, use it in a sandwich, spread it on a wrap, or on top of a rice bowl.
Drain and rinse the chickpeas, and add them to a blender or food processor.
Add all of the remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. If it is too thick or not blending, add a little bit more water.
If using as a dip, pour into a bowl, and top with olive oil & sesame seeds.
Using a 15oz can of chickpeas will produce about 2 cups of hummus.
