Who doesn’t like chocolate pudding? Here is a healthy, yes, HEALTHY, and quick way to make a creamy chocolate pudding that's both delectable and nutritious.

Chocolate Pudding
 3 bananas
 2 ripe avocados
 2 tbsp maple syrup, or liquid sweetener of choice
 ¼ cup raw cacao powder
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 unsweetened plain oat milkor water, as needed
Optional Toppings
 Fresh berries
 Cacao nibs
 Shredded coconut
 Chopped nuts
 Seeds

Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Add a small amount of oat milk or water if the mixture won’t blend properly.

Divide the pudding between 4 bowls, and add toppings of your choice.

If you don't want to use oat milk, use a different plant-based milk of choice such as almond, cashew, or hemp.
