Originating in Mexico, guacamole is an avocado based dip, frequently eaten with salsa and corn chips. This guacamole recipe has only 4 main ingredients, and will most likely take you less than 5 minutes to make!

 2 avocados
 ½ cup cherry tomatoes (or 1/2 cup tomato, diced)
 2 tsp lime or lemon juice
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ¼ cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped (optional)
 Himalayan salt & black pepper, to taste

Cut the avocados into ¼’s, and remove the skin. Place them into a shallow bowl, and roughly mash them with a fork.

Slice the cherry tomatoes, and add them to the avocado. Pour in the lime juice, add the garlic powder and cilantro, and stir the mixture to combine.

Season with Himalayan salt and black pepper to taste, and serve.
