Beautiful and yummy, this strawberry swirl yogurt bowl would make a great breakfast, snack, or dessert. A healthy treat, strawberries are rich in antioxidants and other nutrients, while yogurt is packed with probiotics.

Yogurt Swirl
 1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
 ½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
 3 tsp maple syrup, or liquid sweetener of choice
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 1 tbsp chia seeds
Optional Toppings
 Fresh berries
 Crushed almonds
 Crushed macadamia nuts
 Coconut shreds
 Raisins or cranberries
 Granola

In a small blender, blend the strawberries, 1 tsp liquid sweetener, and chia seeds until smooth. If your strawberries are frozen, you will want to let them defrost before you blend them.

In a small mixing bowl, stir the yogurt, 2 tsp liquid sweetener, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Divide the yogurt between 2 serving bowls. Add the strawberry puree to the bowls, and swirl into the yogurt.

Add toppings of your choice, and enjoy!
