Who said breakfast has to be complicated? These creamy and delicious Vanilla Chai Overnight Oats take no more than 10 minutes to prep in the evening, perfect for a fuss-free breakfast!

  cup rolled oats
  cup Instant Pot Oat Groat Yogurtor other plain unsweetened plant-based yogurt
  cup unsweetened plain oat milk
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 2 tbsp sunflower seed butteror nut/seed butter of choice
 2 tsp Date Caramel Sauce*see notes
 ½ tsp vanilla extract

Mix all of the ingredients together in a glass jar or bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

Divide between 2 bowls and add toppings of choice. Enjoy!

Optional toppings can include mango, banana, berries, chopped nuts, seeds, extra spices, etc.

You can experiment with the amount of liquids to reach your desired consistency.

If you don't want to use oat milk, use a different plant-based milk of choice such as almond, cashew, or hemp.

*If you don't want to use Date Caramel Sauce, you could add some maple syrup, raisins, dried cranberries, or chopped dates to the overnight oats when mixing. You can also omit adding sweetener if desired.
